Wakeboarding, Oxwich Beach, Gower, Wales . . . . .
Oxwich Beach provides a beautiful backdrop to some of the best wakeboarding conditions in Wales. We teach Wakeboarding from 10 year olds to any age, fitness is a consideration before booking a wakeboard lesson. Average fitness is required as the deep water start process is challenging. Often we use water skiing as an entry lesson.

Oxwich Beach . . . . .
Oxwich is sheltered from the Atlantic swell coming from the West, therefore glass conditions for wakeboarding can be had in a massive Bay. Mid week is best as weekends can be busy with other boats and sports. If the wind is Easterly, forget wakeboarding, it blows straight down the channnel and into the bay causing choppy water.

No Surf . . . . .
Check out wakeboarding in Wales. With our very experienced instructors and excellent kit you'll be carving and deep water starting in no time.

Lesson Prices. . . . .
£40 per half hour boat session of wakeboarding, time suitable for 1 person. Includes up to 3 friends on the boat and 10 minutes shore training. £5 wet suit hire for the rest of the day. Equipment . . . . .
For all these sports wet suits are available for hire and buoyancy aids are provided for everyone taking part. All equipment used is quality CWB. The minimum age is 10yrs old accompanied by a parent.

We are also suppliers of all CWB, Unite and Base boards and kit.

Knowledge . . . . .
None required. Our success rate with new boarders is @90%. The ladies are quicker to learn wakeboarding and average fitness is required.

Safety:
We use an Avon 620 RIB for teaching wakeboarding. It is equipped to Marine Coastguard Agency standards and is ideal for launching and recovering people from the sea. It is ideal for novice to medium standard wakeboarders, having adjustable wake sizes, good visibility, quiet engine and excellent maneuverability.
