Order Information
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a Euphoria Sailing Ltd invoice or receipt. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price
is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule.
We will normally send your order to you in under 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
All orders are subject to VAT where applicable.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the items you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused within seven days.
Please return the goods, as they were dispatched to you, in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return the goods with proof of postage from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
We will only refund any postage / delivery cost if the item returned is faulty.
