The corporate market are always looking for something different to inspire and reward their employees. At Watersports 4 All based on Gower, Swansea, South Wales we have that point of difference to support team building events, incentives, reward days and corporate entertainment. We use top quality boats to create a bespoke product for the client. The event can cover different group sizes and age groups with each individual getting something out of the day. A host of activities and ideas can be used to create a perfect event for you.

As the client numbers increase the type and number of boats and activities increases. This enables customers to change from boat to boat and really enhance their team building experience, by interfacing with different colleagues and taking on the different challenges.

The corporate market are always looking for something different to inspire and reward their employees. We can take teams and set sail on our Yachts from Swansea Marina, South Wales down the Gower coast to Oxwich. Under the watchful eye of the skippers and crew they can pull together to sail the yachts and achieve the objectives of the day. Sailing is very mind clearing and allows the group to relax away from the stresses of the office and be themselves in this new and exciting environment. Natural leaders will emerge and the group dynamic evolves naturally.
With a set of 10 people you can experience the power and elegance of our Princess Motor cruisers You can experience the power and elegance of our Motor cruisers and take part in a relaxing reward day down the Gower coastline to Worms head or even take a trip up to Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay and stop off for lunch in the bistro style restaurants. This type of event is ideal for entertaining clients, as an incentive and even to use as a conclusion for business meetings and presentations.

Euphoria - TLC Marketing Beach Party July 28th. A rocking beach party event we organised with TLC Marketing for their people to get some Euphoria. We gave 120 TLC staff a menu of activities - from wake boarding, horse riding, volley ball, to Jet Rib rides. We lined the beach with palms, loungers, flags and colourful sails.
